Challenge

Netcomm Forum partnered with TIG Factory to redefine its visual identity and digital presence, with the goal of fully reflecting its pivotal role within the Italian and international ecommerce landscape.
The challenge was twofold: on one side, to convey authority and innovation through a renewed logo and updated visual identity system; on the other, to strengthen brand recognition and enhance the user experience across every digital and physical touchpoint.
At the heart of the project was the need to visually translate the symbolic value of the Forum itself: a constantly evolving ecosystem and a guiding reference point illuminating the future of digital commerce. The rebranding therefore had to balance contemporaneity, aesthetic consistency, narrative clarity, and visual impact, while preserving the strong connection to the event’s twenty-year legacy.

Solution

The journey began with a strategic rebranding process and the design of a new logo built around a distinctive concept: the “O” in Forum becomes a sun, a symbol of guidance and innovation. A bold, recognizable, and versatile mark, designed to extend seamlessly across the Netcomm Focus editions through a dedicated color system for each thematic.
We then developed a new visual identity based on fluid gradients, crafted to create a strong emotional impact. For the typography, we selected Geologica, a typeface that blends humanistic character with geometric precision, contributing to a visual language that is both solid and highly legible, where tradition and contemporaneity coexist in balance.

Subsequently, we led the complete redesign of the official website, aligning it with the new visual identity and optimizing it to deliver a more intuitive, seamless, and conversion-oriented User Experience. The content architecture was streamlined to facilitate navigation and provide easier access to key information.
Within the platform, we implemented an AI-powered Smart Onboarding system designed to simplify and accelerate the registration and badge purchasing process. A guided and intelligent experience that minimizes friction and supports users throughout their entire journey.

To ensure consistency and continuity across every touchpoint, we developed the full range of communication and event support materials: from stationery assets such as business cards, badges, and office supplies, to branded merchandise including t-shirts, tote bags, and keychains; from digital content like social posts, stories, and banners to promotional materials and exhibition setups, including stands, roll-ups, window graphics, and projections for talks and conferences.
The entire system was designed to enhance Netcomm Forum across both institutional and immersive environments, maintaining a visual identity that is consistently cohesive, contemporary, and impactful.
