Challenge

For the 2024 and 2025 editions, the project presented us with an ambitious challenge: renewing the visual identity of the event, making it contemporary, recognizable, and capable of expressing the values of innovation, inclusiveness, and widespread presence across the territory.
In addition to this, we were asked to design a digital experience capable of managing and enhancing over 250 events, with an intuitive, accessible, and functional platform both for content consumption and for the management of registrations and live events.

Solution

We contributed to the project starting with the creation of a new visual identity, designing a key visual capable of expressing the dynamic and widespread spirit of Milano Digital Week. This concept was applied across all digital and physical materials: web banners, OOH advertising billboards, merchandising, the event guide, badges for access to the sessions, and the setup of the event’s Central HUB.

In parallel, we designed and developed a completely renewed website, featuring an intuitive and UX-optimized interface. Thanks to the new structure, navigation became faster and more accessible, ensuring broad visibility for the more than 250 scheduled events.
Each event had its own dedicated page, easily accessible also through an interactive map, which made the user experience even more immersive.
Thanks to the integration with the proprietary Liveforum platform, it was possible to manage registrations and live sessions directly on the website.

The strategic, creative, and technological approach enabled Milano Digital Week to further strengthen its role as a benchmark for the digital and innovation landscape, confirming itself as an event capable of communicating effectively and engagingly with both businesses and citizens.
