For two consecutive years, Ducati entrusted us with the digital organization of the Global Dealer Convention, a worldwide event involving over 4,000 employees connected from every corner of the globe. The challenge was to create a digital environment capable of hosting a complex schedule, including management live presentations, country-specific meetings, one-to-one sessions, and networking opportunities—all within a multilingual context.
The event took place on our platform LiveForum, developed and designed internally by TIG Factory to manage large-scale digital events. We started with the design of the visual identity for the entire digital environment, adapting it into 9 languages to ensure global consistency and brand recognition. We also oversaw the creation and delivery of all official communications related to the event, supporting participants through every stage—from registration and reminders to live instructions—ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted experience.
