Challenge
For two consecutive years, Ducati entrusted us with the digital organization of the Global Dealer Convention, a worldwide event involving over 4,000 employees connected from all around the globe. The challenge was to create a digital environment capable of hosting a complex schedule, with live presentations from Management, country-specific meetings, one-to-one sessions, and networking moments, all within a multilingual context.
Solution
The event took place on the proprietary LiveForum platform, developed and designed in-house by TIG Factory to manage large-scale digital events. The agency began by creating the visual identity for the entire digital environment, adapting it into nine languages to ensure consistency and recognizability worldwide. We also managed the creation and delivery of all official communications related to the event, guiding participants through every stage from registration to reminders and live instructions ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience.
Thanks to this integrated approach, the Ducati Global Dealer Convention once again proved to be a successful digital event, capable of bringing together the brand’s international community in a highly structured and engaging virtual environment.
