Challenge

In 2022, Deloitte was looking for a technological solution capable of hosting the Entrepreneur Summit, one of its most important proprietary events. The LiveForum platform was chosen because it simplifies the process of defining one-to-one meetings to facilitate business matching between supply and demand. The partnership with Deloitte is still active today and supports the events department throughout all organizational phases.

Solution

TIG Factory developed a customized platform for Deloitte to enable the creation and optimization through a dedicated algorithm of participant schedules (investment funds and companies), taking into account preferences, complex variables, and the management of registration and accreditation for more than 500 event participants.
The LiveForum platform was designed to intelligently manage the entire business matching process, including:
Preference collection system: Each participant could express their preferences across multiple variables (interests, sectors, priorities).

•Advanced optimization algorithm: Automatic processing of the best possible combinations, generating individual schedules that maximized meeting opportunities.
•Advanced back office: Deloitte staff had access to a control dashboard to monitor algorithm outputs, view all participant schedules, and manually intervene for adjustments or changes.
•Real-time access: On the day of the event, all participants could view their personal schedule directly on the platform and access their one-to-one meetings in the designated meeting rooms.
•Accreditation and Badge Printing: By presenting their QR code, participants could print their personalized badge in self-service mode, significantly reducing waiting times.
