GM is the Chief Executive Officer at Loop AI Labs. A lifelong entrepreneur, he became CEO for the first time at the age of 19. He started as an independent consultant, managing projects for Fortune 100 Italian companies aiming to integrate their internal computing systems with Internet and mobile. He founded GSMBOX, the first pan-European mobile media group that has integrated mobile, Internet and television, headquartered in Italy with subsidiaries in Spain,  France,   Germany,   UK and  Portugal. GSMBOX, in partnership with Telecinco (the largest commercial broadcaster in Spain) and Endemol (the global leader in television entertainment, now part of 21st Century Fox) launched the first European Interactive TV format integrated with Premium SMS. He co-founded Endemol-GSMBOX SpA, headquartered in London, a JV between Endemol International and GSMBOX Group with the aim of integrating and developing mobile media interaction in the Endemol format’s portfolio distributed worldwide. GSMBOX was acquired by Buongiorno (now part of NTT DoCoMo). He has scaled GSMBOX from the idea stage to 25M+ customers, $33M revenues, gross operating margin of $1M and 130 employees in 3 years, and he was able to ride out the dot-com crash and build a successful business.

GM is currently a shareholder and the Chairman of SMS.it, the first European cloud messaging provider founded in 1996. Since his involvement, SMS.it has seen a 7.5X growth in the revenues. He is also board member and co-founded Amici World School, an elementary microschool based in San Francisco, that uses an educational method which emphasizes in the learner analytical skills, a deeper understanding of key concepts, and applied knowledge rather than a simple recall of facts as in the traditional school. Amici World School offers a tri-lingual cutting edge learning experience based on the International Baccalaureate (IB) to prepare the children for jobs that have not yet been invented, using the Inquiry Based Learning, Personalized Learning, Peer-to-Peer Learning and state-of-the-art technology with multi-touch smart-boards and individual iPads (amicischool.org).
