2011-2012 — headed IT Department of the Russian Government. One of the responsibilities of the Department was the e-Government development.

2005-2011 — a deputy-head and CIO of the Treasury of Russia. Managed the Russian Federation Treasury Development Project with the budget of USD 444M funded by World Bank.

1994-2005 — CEO of Bank’s Soft Systems (BSS), the market leader in solutions for mobile banking in Eastern Europe employing more than 700 people.
