Challenge
Bocconi had no tool for engaging Open Day candidates who were unable to attend in person, nor an organised repository in which to collect the information materials made available during the event and keep them easily accessible. The result was attendance limited by geographical barriers and a scattering of content that reduced the overall effectiveness of the initiative. The challenge, then, was to overcome these limitations through a platform that could ensure full access to the event, encourage interaction between candidates, lecturers and staff, and bring all the materials together in a single digital space.
Solution
TIG Factory designed and developed a bespoke digital platform for Bocconi’s Open Day, with an interface created in full keeping with the brand. The platform offers a digital exhibition area for the degree programmes, featuring videos, brochures and presentations, alongside an Application Journey space, a Chat & Info area and a Student Lounge for talking with student ambassadors. The result is an accessible, participatory Open Day that lets every candidate experience Bocconi on exactly the same terms as those attending in person.
