Challenge
The challenge was to design a welfare platform capable of bringing services, providers and different operational workflows together within a single digital ecosystem, while maintaining a consistent experience for users and companies alike. The platform needed to handle a high degree of technical complexity and communicate with numerous external services, centralising flexible benefits, vouchers, reimbursements and partner schemes within one integrated experience. At the same time, it called for an advanced back office to orchestrate content, configurations, users and integrations.
Solution
TIG Factory designed and developed a custom welfare platform, comprising a front end and a proprietary back office, built to centralise services, benefits and external integrations within a single digital ecosystem. The platform was created with an integrated, scalable architecture, able to communicate with numerous third-party services and simplify day-to-day management on both the user and administrative sides. This approach made it possible to build an advanced solution that was later integrated into the Pluxee ecosystem, helping to expand their digital offering for corporate welfare.
