Challenge
The challenge of the project was to design a flexible, scalable events platform, one capable of handling different formats, content and organisational workflows while keeping the experience simple and intuitive for users. At the same time, it was essential to develop a centralised system that would allow the Manageritalia team to manage events, speakers, programmes, content and registrations independently, through an advanced back office that was easy to update.
Solution
TIG Factory designed and developed a custom events platform, comprising a front end and a proprietary back office, built to centralise the management of Manageritalia’s entire events ecosystem. The platform handles agendas, speakers, content, registrations and event pages through a modular, easily configurable system, designed to adapt quickly to different types of events and organisational needs. Its architecture was built to integrate external services and tools, ensuring flexibility, operational continuity and more efficient management of the event experience, for both the organisers and the participants.
