Challenge
Since the customer support service experienced peaks in requests during weekends and outside of business hours causing slowdowns and an increase in operational costs it became necessary to improve service efficiency by automating the process, reducing response times, and lowering the workload for support staff.
Solution
Tig Factory developed a Help Desk system with ChatGPT, integrating an AI Assistant into the customer support workflow. The system is able to decode the buyer’s message, retrieve information related to the completed transaction, access details about the requested events, and generate natural-language responses. The results were remarkable, with an average response processing time reduced to 50 seconds and 82% of requests successfully resolved.
