Challenge
Since 2009, Agos has entrusted TIG Factory with the complete management of its digital presence: the development and maintenance of corporate and product websites, the creation of web applications and graphic materials (banners, landing pages and DEMs) and, above all, the development of application funnels for financial products aimed at end consumers. The aim of the funnel is to deliver a streamlined, fast and personalised user experience, shaped around both the company’s internal needs and those of its commercial partners.
Solution
For each funnel developed, TIG Factory designed and built the corresponding back-office systems, enabling structured management of customer data. These platforms allow Agos to review the information collected, run data extractions, generate reports, analyse user behaviour and plan targeted actions to optimise the funnels. TIG Factory also integrated advanced features such as A/B testing, making it possible to compare different solutions and approaches in real time, with the aim of continuously improving the performance and effectiveness of the application flows.
