Serena Carella is a committed and enthusiastic manager with a deep passion for innovation and nearly 20 years of experience in Research & Development. Holding a degree in Organic Chemistry, she has successfully led technological advancements in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Her career began in R&D and progressively evolved through strategic roles in innovation, development, industrialization, and quality. Over the years, she has held technical leadership positions in multinational companies such as Solvay, where she played a key role in driving complex innovation projects.

Currently, she serves as Learning Campus Experience Director, which includes the management of Fedegari’s Tech Center Hubs. In this role, she leads a multidisciplinary team focused on developing and validating sterilization and decontamination processes. She is also responsible for designing targeted training programs and fostering strategic partnerships to strengthen internal competencies and promote continuous improvement.
