Paolo Capomasi is an accomplished engineer with an MBA and over 25 years of leadership experience in the IT sector across SEMEA.
He is currently the Country Manager for Italy and Malta at F5. His expertise lies in shaping digital transformation strategies, leading large-scale change initiatives and driving profitable growth through SaaS and Cybersecurity platforms.
Prior to his current role, Paolo served as Country Sales Director – Public Sector, Defense, Healthcare & Utilities at Cisco Systems in Italy, where he was a member of the Senior Leadership Team and responsible for Cisco’s Country Digital Acceleration (CDA Italy).
At VMware, he was running Italy & Iberia Sales Director role and successfully introducing and scaling key technologies in Southern Europe.
His experience also includes sales leadership roles at Nokia, Juniper and Nortel.
Paolo is skilled in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and operational excellence, driving results and KPIs exceedance..
He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a degree with honors in Engineering from La Sapienza University.
