I started as a robotic engineer and then as a business consultant at McKinsey. After that I devoleped over 25 years experience in the Financial Industry covering a range of areas such as Marketing, Sales and more recently Data.
I’m currently in charge of Intesa Sanpaolo Group Data Governance, position held since 2020: we have developed and implemented a decentralized data governance framework across the Group and we are now leading a large multi-year program covering all remediation activities in response to Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting requirements from ECB, leveraging on AI when it is convenient.
