As the Head of Digital Lab and Head of IT Shipyard Systems and Digital Innovation at Fincantieri Group, Michele is responsible for the digital strategy, focusing on implementing advanced manufacturing solutions and introducing technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Extended Reality into production processes.
Before joining Fincantieri, Michele worked at Accenture Italy and Accenture Middle East, where he gained experience in managing large-scale projects and leading digital transformation initiatives.
