Emmanuel Kessler has joined Europol in 2020, as the Head of prevention & outreach in EC3, the Cybercrime Centre of Europol.

His team covers strategic cooperation matters, public private partnerships, prevention & awareness, E-governance matters.

Previously, he was the Head of staff in the National Cybercrime Unit in France. In charge of international cooperation, European negotiations matters, operational coordination.

He started to work on cybercrime in 2011, being in charge of cyber cooperation in the Department of international cooperation (DCIS) of the French Ministry of Interior.
