Learning Campus Experience Director, Fedegari
Serena Carella is an innovation-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in Research & Development in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Holding a degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Milan, she has led complex innovation projects and held strategic technical roles at multinational companies such as Solvay. She currently serves as Learning Campus Experience Director at Fedegari, overseeing the Tech Center Hubs. In this role, she leads multidisciplinary teams in the development and validation of sterilization and decontamination processes, while promoting targeted training initiatives and strategic partnerships to strengthen internal expertise and continuous improvement.
