Graduated in Computer Science, Master in ICT Management, 30+ years demonstrated experiences in ICT leader roles (Industry and Public Administration).
I’m a Senior Official at Campania Regional Government (the Government), with high qualification: “e-Gov Strategic Planner”, in staff to Director of Special Office for Digital Administration (150+ people), as:
• Director of Execution for many contracts (with ICT Companies and Web agencies), for Digital Transformation projects dedicated to Citizens, Enterprises, Municipalities, Public Administrations (in the fields of Social, Health, Culture, Tourism, Mobility, Human Resources, Urban and Territorial planning, Digital Competencies, Artificial Intelligence)
• Supporter for the coordination and promotion of e-Government Policies and Smart Communities, consistent with EU and national guidelines;
• Officially Appointed Member of various national ICT teams, at Italian Conference of the Regions and Cities;
• Regional Responsible of some PNRR projects, with Italian Presidency of Government and various Ministries;
• Internal Auditor Chief for Quality of the Data Center of Campania Region, whose infrastructure and cloud services are Certified ISO 9001 + ISO 27001 and Qualified at National Cybersecurity Agency;
• Member of the regional Team (25+ people) for planning, designing and agile implementation of 250+ Digital Services (see catalogue at https://servizi-digitali.regione.campania.it), with user centric approach and great attention to accessibility, usability, strong process semplification mantaining legal value compliancy.
I’m the only Italian member (nominated by University of Salerno – Computer Science Department) of the External Advisory Board in the international project NEOLAIA, that establishes cooperation in the European academic world.
I’ve been Contract Professor at University of Campania (Caserta), Engineering Department, teacher of the “Information Systems” course, and now interested in applied research projects.
For 13 years, I’ve been the CIO, ICT Supervisor, e-Gov Projects Coordinator and Responsible in the contracts for Digital Transformation at Campania Regional Council (the Parliament).
For 10 years, I’ve been Tech Advisor and ICT Professional Consultant in S.M.E. and PP.AA. (Cities, Unions of Municipalities, Territorial Pacts for employment, Social and Health Dept., High Schools) in Italy.
As co-author of various scientific papers (on e-Gov, Open Data, BPMN, Semantic, Onthologies) published worldwide, and as Responsible of Innovation projects in Public Administration, I’ve been invited speaker in international conferences (Bruxelles, Dubai, Amsterdam, London, Brighton, Cork, S.Francisco, Milan, Rome), even in EU Parliament, EU Committe of Regions and Cities, Dubai School of Government, Italian Senate of the Republic and Chamber of Deputies, National Conference of Presidents of regional Parliaments.
